The Love Legacy - Generation 1 Chapter 8

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Love Legacy!

So, last time we left with Juliet standing in the hallway, looking rather old actually... her face said that something was about to happen....something that would certainly break the hardly acquired peace of the Love household...what would it be? 

Juliet, what's wrong with you? why are you standing there with that sad face?

Juliet: I feel weird..I think...I'm going to die...

WHAT? you can't die, you're not an elder yet!

Juliet: ok, maybe I just ate something bad and I need to throw up...I have this weird feeling here, in my stomach...

WHAAAT! you're pregnant Juliet!!!!!! ....AGAIN!....

Juliet: oooh so that was the weird feeling in here... it's a new baby!

congratulations Juliet! of course, you realise your husband is an elder and you're going to be an elder soon, don't you?

Juliet: ooh how could this happen?

well.....I guess you and Benjamin felt too much love in the air...

sooo, everyone! heir number SIX on the way :D I guess the heir poll will have to wait some more...

Juliet: Benjamin... I have something to tell you...although you can't really see it yet...you're going to be a daddy! ....for the sixth time.....

Benjamin: woow that's wonderful! I can't believe it! I was just getting depressed because Giselle called me grandpa the other day...and now I'm going to be a daddy again!

Well, that was a bit of a shock, wasn't it? Anyway, no time for wondering! A new birthday is coming up, there's a new party to organise!

Meet the happy guests of Sebastian's birthday party! he's going to be a teen! And his little friend Shamecka has just turned in a beautiful teen (the one with the black dress) so I guess timing is good ;) Eleanor's boyfriend is there as well, as well as Amanda's love interest, Dusty, who's wearing some peculiar clothes... and, of course, those two girls coming to every party! I'm starting to think that they want to end up with one of the Loves...in a way or another...although flirting with Eleanor's ex boyfriend wasn't exactly the best way to break into the Loves' hearts...

Dusty, on the other hand, is trying to make a good impression to Amanda's mother....

I believe he's patiently waiting for Amanda to grow up to confess his attraction to her :) and I suspect he won't have to wait too long...

And here's someone who's enthusiastic about birthday cakes! ^-^ 

Sophie: mmm lots of guests...it can mean just one thing....birthday party! and birthday cake...maybe someone will throw me a slice...

And finally Sebastian is growing up! Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!! 

*please don't turn up ugly please....*

yess! he definitely looks like Juliet :) and doesn't even need a makeover! 

Here's teen Sebastian! He definitely looks like Juliet and is the most good-looking of all the siblings!

He rolled neat... GREAT! I thought he would, as he was always cleaning up dishes as a child...and he must have passed it on to his IF who kept cleaning around the house :D A neat sim in the house is always welcome ;)

Sophie: great, now we all acknowledged Sebastian's handsome, can anyone pass me some cake please?

After eating his birthday cake Sebastian took the opportunity to try to catch up with his childhood friend Shamecka and thank her for coming to his birthday party...but she was disgusted by something and left...

oh well, Sebastian, next time you should directly ask her out you know!

Eleanor was lucky and Ezekiel stayed over for a while after all the other guests had gone...they waited for everyone to be in bed and they shared a private kiss :) ...on the puddle left on the floor by wet Noodle...

That night another happy event happened! Everyone, meet Ricky Love! The sixth and youngest of the Loves offspring!

He's a genius who loves the outdoor...wonderful traits! He likes Egyptian music, tofu dogs and purple.

So, new addition to the family, Juliet's LTW of learning all receipes fulfilled (she did when I wasn't watching so no pictures :( ), it was time for celebration again!

But most importantly, it's birthday time again! and this time, the twins are turning young adults!

This means, no more homework and curfew, new job = more money for the family household till an heir is chosen, and finally Amanda will be able to confess her attraction to Dusty!

And look who turned up at the party, totally uninvited? Pierluigi Hackett! What is he doing here? He'd better not be planning to ruin his ex girlfriend's party.....

Happy birthday Eleanor and Amanda!!!

Make a wish....

...blow the candles.... aaaand.....

Amanda first! Here she is, young adult Amanda! She rolled athletic as her final trait.

Eleanor: it's my turn now... but my sister looks creepy, I don't want to grow up if I have to look like her...

Come on, a little breath.....happy birthday Eleanor! she rolled diva as her last trait.

Eleanor: am I pretty?

Crowd: yeeees! happy birthday!

Look at Pierluigi's face...he must have realised what he lost..but you know what? we don't care haha! Eleanor now has Ezekiel...who just failed to attend his girlfriend's party but anyway...as he doesn't live anywhere, he might have been trapped in the dimension where NPCs live....

The celebrations lasted long...but unfortunately such happiness had to be followed by huge grief....

The Grim Reaper decided to take Noodle with him exactly on the night of the twins' birthday....so sad...

And nobody witnessed but Amanda... and Pierluigi Hackett!

What is he doing there? He didn't call the Grim, did he? oh well, he looks sad, maybe he remembers when he played with Noodle instead of babysitting Gabrielle...

everybody loved you Noodle! it's so sad to see you go :(

R.I.P. Noodle love...co-founder of the Love household... you will be dearly missed... but I'm sure Ralston is just there beyond the green light, waiting for you :)

Of course after Noodle's death everyone was distraught...

Especially Juliet...poor thing...

I built a small graveyard in the far right corner of the property so Noodle and Ralston can rest in peace together, under the flower bushes...

And in front of it, I built a heart-shaped pond, for the anglers of the family :)

Well, although everyone was crashed, life must go on...

Eleanor and Amanda finally got a makeover....

And they got ready to attend graduation!

The whole family decided to take part to the ceremony, Giselle and Ricky included!

And finally I managed to take a picture of the whole family together! Although Amanda had started to move already, Eleanor is stretching and you can't really see Juliet holding Ricky...but anyway, all of them in one shot :D

But bringing the whole family to the ceremony can turn as a very bad idea when the baby is left on the floor and picked up by a stranger, the toddler nearly faint for hunger and sleep and start screaming, the daddy is sad for the loss of Noodle, one teen brother is doing homework sitting on the floor and the other teen brother is hugging his childhood friend Shamecka Hood who had become a teen exactly on the same day that he did but who apparently is already a young adult now...

this may seem just a stupid glitch but will have effects on the legacy...I really like Sebastian and Shamecka, and if she's a young adult already, I'll have to speed things up a bit...

Poor Giselle eventually fainted and slept on the floor...

But at last the twins came out, graduated at last! They both got top marks, Eleanor was voted as the one who's most likely to get arrested and Amanda was the one who's most likely to become a rockstar.

Once home there was another birthday to celebrate... Eleanor invited her boyfriend over and as he can't keep being a teen while she's a young adult, he had birthday at the Loves!

Make a wish Ezekiel.... and here he is! no difference at all from the teen version :D

At least the day of celebration brought some happiness back after Noodle's death...

And after a few days, after everyone recovered from the painful loss, another birthday celebration was in order... this time it was Ricky's turn to become a toddler!

Here he is! it looks like he's taken after Juliet as well :) Although I don't know where the black hair and eyebrows come from...

 As first thing, Ricky went to play with the blocks with his older sister Giselle, who taught him anything she had learnt during her toddler-hood...

in fact, it was also the last time they would play together with toddler games, because it was Giselle birthday as well!

And here we go! Yet another birthday to celebrate! Blow the candles Giselle, and hope you have taken after your mother and older brother Sebastian :D

Hello child Giselle! She really looks like Sebastian as a child, doesn't she? she's the female version of Sebastian :D

Oh, and she got the party animal trait!

Everybody was enjoying the party, Ezekiel in his pijamas...  Dusty the maid a.k.a. Amanda's love interest... who, btw, was on duty and was being paid for helping himself with the cake.....

But since he was there... Amanda thought that taking Dusty away from his duties for some more time was worth a small waste of money.... so she went talking to him...

Benjamin: oh em gee.. is that really my daughter talking in a flirty way to the maid? I don't want to look...

Flirt after flirt...kiss after kiss...

They were going steady before they even know it :)

BTW, I just LOVE this picture! Look at her eyes! Love love love <3

just one negative thing: he's flirty....as Pierluigi had been...but he's a grown up man and he looks like a nice person, I don't think he'll even think of cheating on Amanda...

The lovely mood that was spreading in the Love household could not stand the sadness of Sophie, who was feeling lonely... so, as Juliet had always wanted to adopt a kitten...here he is! Meet Rembrandt Love, the latest addition to the household!

isn't he... cuuuuute? ^-^ he's an adventurous cat :)

Sophie was really happy with her new friend...and actually, as they're almost the same color, I think she thought Rembrant was some sort of puppy of hers :D

(yeah, I know dogs can't see colors, but maybe sim dogs can :D)

With Sophie happy again, life went back to normal... once more....

Eleanor chatted with Ezekiel on the phone all the time, Amanda, being athletic, started to spontaneously exercise and Giselle loved playing with her IF Boing (this one should be a male IF) in the living room.

Eleanor found a job in the medical career, as her LTW requires and started playing chess with her sister. Amanda rolled the wish to register as a professional angler, although she hasn't registered yet.

Harry spent the last days of his teen teaching his little brother to walk...

Dusty spent all his days with Amanda, instead of working and he became some kind of part-time member of the household..

 The family adapted well, the guys started to consider him as an older brother and loved listening to his scary stories...

Although sometimes.....

He too was victim of the Love mysterious prankster....who eventually I found out to be Harry!

 With Dusty not really working as a maid, everyone had to help with the house chores...and luckily some IFs proved themselves useful, for once!

 But eventually the agency sent a new maid, Martin something. 

 The house cleaner thanx to Martin, Harry and Sebastian spent their weekends fishing in the backyard pond! Sebastian especially went there as soon as he got up, as you can see by his sleeping attire...

(btw, I'm sorry for the dark picture, I hope you can see something..)

And that was how Harry birthday arrived!

Because of the Shamecka problem, I decided to make Sebastian age up together with his brother... he had always admired Harry and they've always been good friends, other than brothers, so I thought a twin-like birthday was in order :)

Happy birthday Sebastian and Harry!

Here is young adult Harry, who rolled vegetarian, and who apparently just decided who his girlfriend is going to be :)

And here is YA Sebastian! who rolled hydrophobic as last trait and who appears to have a lot of yellowish hairs on his forearms... MAKEOVER!!!!!

But before the makeover, look at how many people attended the party! Apparently the Loves are very popular and even unknown and uninvited people turned up! (yes, Pierluigi Hackett included...and I found out he has a mysterious "twin", Beau something who is still a teen...but apart from that, you can't see the difference! the mysteries of Appaloosa plains.. :D)

 And here it is! Harry and Sebastian after the makeover :) they don't even seem to be brothers :D Harry is looks like a beardless Benjamin and Sebastian is the male version of his mother!

Anyway, now that he was a young adult, Sebastian couldn't afford losing any more time, Shamecka being a week older already! So he asked her out and they went to the karaoke place... which is, with the saloon, the only place you can go in Appaloosa plains...I should really upgrade the city!

He took courage and gave Shamecka flowers...she was happy and surprised that her best friend would do such thing...

But she stargazed very willingly with Sebastian, who finally took the courage....

...and asked her to go steady! And she said yes of course :)

Meet Shamecka Hood, Sebastian's old childhood bestfriend and now girlfriend! As Sebastian, she is neat! (great couple :D) She is also snob.....and unluckily flirty :( what's wrong with Appaloosa plains? or is it the Loves who always find flirty partners?

Anyway, she's working as newspaper girl and I got a message that her and Sebastian's zodiac signs are compatible :D

In the meanwhile something peculiar was going on at home...

 Ghost-Noodle had decided to visit his old home, and say hi to his beloved Juliet who, however, was sleeping and didn't realize he was there :(

But he had fun playing with Giselle who, although hadn't really known him while he was alive, had heard stories of when he and her mother moved to Appaloosa plains alone... and he wanted to know him better and give him a cuddle to thank him for being of such support to the family...after all, the house she was living in had also been built thanks to Noodle's hunting abilities!

After all the playing, Noodle was tired and went to sleep in his favorite place, which was now guarded by Rembrandt :)

 And finally it was Sebastian's and Harry's turn to graduate! Sebastian was voted as the best artistic talent and Harry as the best sport star.

Again, the whole family decided to take part...

Although Giselle's moodlets were apparently as low as they had been for the twin's graduation :D

Congratulations Harry and Sebastian!!!!!

After the celebration was over, Harry took courage and went to talk to the blond girl he had noticed at his birthday party, the one he had always noticed at his other siblings parties... Jean Sandoval. 

Benjamin surveyed the situation and seemed pleased that another of his offspring had fallen in love...

Jean was happy to receive Harry's flowers, and apparently she had been waiting all her life for Harry to notice her, She had been hanging around the household a lot, in the hope of such thing to happen...

Harry had probably always felt the same, but never took the courage to confess his feelings as Jean was a few days older than he was and had been originally invited to one of the first parties as his older sisters' schoolmate... but now, they had grown up, there were no obstacles to keep them apart...

Older sister Amanda appeared to approve of her brother's choice, although she had never been much friend of Jean herself... she had seen her only at parties... and actually, she had been the one her sisters' ex boyfriend Pierluigi had fancied right after telling Eleanor they were going steady...but it wasn't Jean's fault, she had never seemed to care for Pierluigi.

Anyway, Jean is lonely, family oriented and...guess what? FLIRTY!

really, what's wrong with randomly created sims of Appaloosa plans? why do they all have to be flirty?

Well, here ends Chapter 8! I wanted to make Giselle and Ricky grow up in order to make the heir poll in this chapter, but it would be definitely too long and a bit boring actually, as I had to speed up things a bit and you mainly see birthdays and graduations... So I just decided the last chapter of Generation 1 will be Chapter 9, where you'll be able to see more of the last two heirs, who, due to their young age, have been a bit neglected...I want you to get to know them as well, before voting for the heir!
